Variations & Substitutions
This corn casserole is super flexible! You can easily make it dairy-free with plant-based butter and milk. Going gluten-free? Just swap in your favorite gluten-free flour blend. For extra flavor, try mixing in some diced jalapeños, crispy bacon bits, or shredded cheddar cheese. Want it spicier? Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some diced green chiles. You can even make it slightly sweet by adding an extra tablespoon of sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
Storage & Reheating
Your corn casserole will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container. To reheat, just pop individual portions back in the air fryer at 300°F for 3-4 minutes until warm. You can also freeze this casserole for up to 2 months! Let it cool completely, wrap it well, and freeze. When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat in your air fryer. The texture might be slightly different after freezing, but it’ll still taste great!
