Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup AP flour can be gluten free all purpose flour or regular flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can creamed corn

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour and melted butter. Whisk both items together until smooth.
  • Add in the milk, beaten eggs and sugar. Whisk to combine.
  • Dump in the garlic salt, drained whole kernal corn and creamed corn. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe bowl. Put that bowl into your air fryer basket or on your air fryer tray.
  • Air fry at 320F/160C for 40-45 minutes.
  • Let casserole rest for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
