- 1/2 cup butter melted (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup AP flour can be gluten free all purpose flour or regular flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can creamed corn
In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour and melted butter. Whisk both items together until smooth.
Add in the milk, beaten eggs and sugar. Whisk to combine.
Dump in the garlic salt, drained whole kernal corn and creamed corn. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into an oven safe bowl. Put that bowl into your air fryer basket or on your air fryer tray.
Air fry at 320F/160C for 40-45 minutes.
Let casserole rest for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
