Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds fresh from pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon butter (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Wash the outside of your pumpkin.
- Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin. Separate the seeds from the pulp as best you can.
- Put the seeds in a small holed strainer and rinse. Remove pulp that is stuck.
- Put the seeds into a boiling pot of water. Boil the seeds for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and put seeds into a bowl.
- Add melted butter and garlic salt to the pumpkin seeds. Stir to combine.
- Add the seeds to the air fryer basket. Air Fry at 360F/183C for 15 minutes.
