Crunchy Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds

- 2 cups pumpkin seeds fresh from pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon butter (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Wash the outside of your pumpkin.
Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin. Separate the seeds from the pulp as best you can.
Put the seeds in a small holed strainer and rinse. Remove pulp that is stuck.
Put the seeds into a boiling pot of water. Boil the seeds for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and put seeds into a bowl.
Add melted butter and garlic salt to the pumpkin seeds. Stir to combine.
Add the seeds to the air fryer basket. Air Fry at 360F/183C for 15 minutes.
