- 4 Pork Chops boneless
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Large egg
- 1 tbsp Water
Preheat an air fryer to 380F/193C for 5 minutes.
Season the pork chops with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Combine the breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in a large shallow bowl. In another bowl, add the egg and water and whisk well.
Dip each pork chop in the egg.
Then dredge the pork chop through the breadcrumbs, coating completely. Lightly spray both sides of the pork chops well with cooking spray.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-12 minutes
Flip the pork chops halfway through the cook time, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145-160°F.
