A quick and easy breakfast casserole made in the air fryer with hash browns and eggs.

  • Medium Bowl
  • Small Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frozen Hash browns
  • 4 Eggs hard boiled then diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 Scallions diced, optional
  • Fresh Parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl add 2 cups of frozen hash browns.
  • Add 4 hard boiled and diced eggs to the hash browns.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, pepper and blend until smooth.
  • Combine egg/hashbrown mixture with liquid mixture. Mix to combine.
  • Pour ingredients into an air fryer pot or oven safe bowl that fits into your air fryer.
  • Air Fry at 350F/177C for 15 minutes.
  • Optionally garnish with scallions and parsley, ENJOY!
