- 4 cups Potatoes Peeled and cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 1 T Oil
- 3/4 t Paprika
- 1/2 t Garlic Powder
- 1/4 t Crushed Red Pepper optional
- Salt and Pepper optional
Gather your ingredients together as well as measuring spoons.
Peel potatoes, dice into 1 inch cubes and place in a bowl.
Drizzle oil over top of the potato cubes and add spices. Stir to combine
Add spiced potatoes into the air fryer basket or air fryer tray.
Air Fry for 400F/204C for 15 minutes. Be sure to shake the basket or stir the potatoes 2 times while cooking to help them to cook more evenly.
