Burrito Mixture
- 2 cans Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Fresh Tomato diced
- 3 Green Onions diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Salsa
Combine all burrito mixture ingredients together in a large bowl, stir to combine.
Lay out all ingredients to create an assembly area.
Equally divide rice onto tortillas.
Then equally divide burrito mixture on the tortillas.
Top each tortilla with cheese and roll into burritos.
Put burritos into your air fryer basket or tray. Do not stack burritos but you can line them up. It's best if they don't touch.
Air fry at 340F/171C for 5 minutes.
