Ingredients
  

Burrito Mixture

  • 2 cans Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Fresh Tomato diced
  • 3 Green Onions diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Salsa

Instructions
 

  • Combine all burrito mixture ingredients together in a large bowl, stir to combine.
  • Lay out all ingredients to create an assembly area.
  • Equally divide rice onto tortillas.
  • Then equally divide burrito mixture on the tortillas.
  • Top each tortilla with cheese and roll into burritos.
  • Put burritos into your air fryer basket or tray. Do not stack burritos but you can line them up. It's best if they don't touch.
  • Air fry at 340F/171C for 5 minutes.
  • Optional: Top with diced tomato, red onion, etc
