Ingredients
  

  • 1.5-2 lb butternut squash
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Wash the butternut squash to remove any debris or dirt.
  • Peel the squash, cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the squash into bite sized pieces.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup over the cubed squash. Then add paprika and garlic powder over the squash. Stir to combine well.
  • Air Fry the squash at 380F/193C for 20-22 minutes. Be sure to stir (or shake basket) to mix up the squash at least two times during the cooking process
