- 1.5-2 lb butternut squash
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Wash the butternut squash to remove any debris or dirt.
Peel the squash, cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Using a sharp knife, cut the squash into bite sized pieces.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the cubed squash. Then add paprika and garlic powder over the squash. Stir to combine well.
Air Fry the squash at 380F/193C for 20-22 minutes. Be sure to stir (or shake basket) to mix up the squash at least two times during the cooking process
