- 1 lb Lamb Chops (Leg, Loin, or Rib, 1 inch thick)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Gather all ingredients and measure each ingredient.
In a large bowl or plastic zipper bag, combine olive oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb and toss to coat, rubbing the marinade into the meat. Cover or seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Add lamb chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway. 125F is rare, 135F is medium-rare, 145F is medium and 150-160F is medium-well to well-done.
Repeat with remaining chops, if any. Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
