Ingredients
  

Cookie Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup molasses
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Process rolled oats in a food processor, pulsing 10 times to vary size of oats.
  • In a mixing bowl, add oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.
  • In another mixing bowl add the sugar, brown sugar and butter. Mix until fluffy.
  • Add the egg, then add the vanilla and molasses.
  • Add the flour and oats mixture 1 cup at a time while mixing.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop batter and form into a ball.
  • Place batter on sprayed foil in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook on 350F/176C for 8 minutes or until firm and cooked through.
  • Set cookies aside to rest.
