Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Parchment Paper
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll sheets 8 ounces
  • 1 package lit'l smokies mini sausages 12 ounces

Instructions

  • Line the bottom of your air fryer with parchment paper and set it aside– no need to preheat it!
  • Unroll the crescent sheet and use a pizza cutter to cut it into 16 ½" thick strips. Make sure to cut along the shorter side of the rectangle– the strips should be ½" thick and 8" long.
  • Then cut the strips in half the other way to create 32 pieces of dough that are ½" thick and 4" long.
  • Roll one piece of dough around one mini sausage and pinch the end to ensure it won't come unrolled. Repeat with the remaining dough and sausages.
  • Place a few pigs in a blanket on top of the parchment paper but make sure not to overcrowd the pan as the dough will puff up as it cooks.
  • Air fry the pigs in a blanket at 320F for 7 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove the pigs in a blanket to a serving platter and continue to cook them in batches until they are all ready.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
