These juicy Air Fryer Plums transform into a heavenly dessert in just 15 minutes. The air fryer works its magic to intensify the natural sugars while maintaining the fruit's nutritional benefits - including vitamin C and potassium.

- 3 Red plums
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Set aside
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, ginger and syrup together. Set aside.
Baste the tops and sides of the plums with the mixture.
Place plums inside the air fryer. Set the air fryer to 350ºF/176ºC and cook for about 12 minutes(depending on your brand of air fryer). Take a peak in after 10 minutes, check the glaze. You will see it bubble. Don't over cook.
Take out and serve immediately. You can eat them by themselves or cut them up and top on pancakes, ice cream or your preference. Enjoy!
