For the Steaks
- 2 boneless ribeye steaks about ¾" thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Bring the steaks to room temperature by allowing them to sit on the counter for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour) before cooking.
Preheat your air fryer using the preheat function or by heating it at 400ºF/204ºC for 5 minutes.
Rub your ribeyes with olive oil (on both sides) and season them (on both sides) with salt and pepper.
