Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs baby creamer potatoes washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Slice the creamer potatoes in halves or quarters. The pieces should be about 1 inch in size.
  • Add the potatoes to a mixing bowl.
  • Top with oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are completely coated.
  • Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 380°F/190°C for 19-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  • Remove the potatoes from the air fryer when they are cripsy and goldne brown. Serve with chopped parsley.
