Air Fryer Spiced Apples

- 2 medium apples
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
First, start by washing the apples and removing all the stickers. Then slice the apples in half, remove the cores.
Mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, and cinnamon.
Carefully spoon into the center of the cored apples.
Air fryer the apples at 325F/162C for 18 minutes.
While apples are cooking combine the pecans, raisins and melted coconut oil.
At the 18 minute mark open, the air fryer and top the spiced apples with the pecan mixture.
Air Fry another 2 minutes. Enjoy!
