- 1 lb Sirloin Steak cut into 1/2 inch cubes and patted dry
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley roughly chopped
In a medium sized bowl, add the steak, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until well combined.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Add the steak and cook at 400F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the steak is cooking, add the butter and fresh parsley in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
Once the steak is cooked, toss with the herb butter. Serve immediately.
