- 1 package refrigerated cookie dough
(Optional) Roll the cookie dough pieces into balls and flatten them into ⅓" thick discs.
Line the bottom of your air fryer with parchment paper and place a few pieces of cookie dough on the parchment. Make sure to place the cookie dough at least 1.5" inches apart as it will spread when it bakes.
Air fry the cookies at 330ºF/165ºC for 7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp on the edges.
Allow the cookies to sit in the air fryer for 5 minutes to fully set and then remove them to a wire rack.
Repeat steps 1-2 with the remaining cookie dough. Be careful – the air fryer basket will be hot!
