- 1 lb carrots about 4-5 large carrots
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Peel the carrots and cut them lengthwise into 1/4" thick sticks that are about 4 inches long. Add the carrots to a bowl.
