- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F/180°C for 5 minutes.
Trim the ends from the brussel sprouts, remove any damaged outer leaves, and slice each brussel sprout in half.
