Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole pork tenderloin roast 1.5-3 lb, Cut to fit in the Foodi basket, if needed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi to 390°F/200°C on the Bake/Roast setting.
  • Coat all sides of the pork roast with the seasonings (garlic herb seasoning, onion powder, chili powder, and salt), ensuring that they are evenly distributed.
  • Place the roast in the Cook & Crisp basket of the Foodi, and cook for 15 minutes on the Bake/Roast setting.
  • Flip the roast over, and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork roast reaches 145°F/63°C.
  • Remove the roast from the Foodi, and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
